Bin Omairah Bahrain signs a Contract with Ministry of Works in Bahrain for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Infrastructure Works within King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC)
Bin Omairah Bahrain receives the award of the turnkey contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of Infrastructure Works within KAMC from the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning (MOW) of Bahrain.
Bin Omairah’s scope of works under KAMC Project is comprising all the infrastructure works within KAMC Site including paving the roads, electricity grid and its associated distribution substations, SCADA System, water, irrigation, sewerage and storm networks, water pumping stations, water tanks, and landscape including softs scape and hardscape.
KAMC Project is a benchmark for excellence in healthcare and education in the Gulf Region to be built for the Arabian Gulf University in Durrat Al Bahrain man-made islands off the south-eastern coast of Bahrain; it spans around 1,000,000 square meters of land donated for the project by King Hamad of Bahrain.
