Who We Are

Founded in 1975 by Sheikh Moaded Ibn Omairah, Bin Omairah was built on a single principle: execution over ambition. Persistence and seriousness formed the rigid core of our foundation — a legacy defined not by vision alone, but by the discipline to deliver on it.

Over 50 years later, that legacy has carried us from a contracting company into a diversified holding group spanning infrastructure, real estate development, mining, energy, facility management, and design. Every sector we operate in reflects the same standard: move with agility, act with integrity, work as one team, and pursue expertise and excellence in everything we do.

Today, Bin Omairah stands as a major contributor to the infrastructure of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — a legacy of execution, and a standard we carry forward for the next generation.

For more than 50 years, Bin Omairah has been built on doing, not merely intending. What my father, Sheikh Moaded Ibn Omairah, started in 1975 as a contracting company has grown into a diversified holding group — spanning infrastructure, real estate development, renewable energy, and beyond. But growth alone was never the goal. How we grow has always mattered more.

Our Legacy

Our roots going back to 1975 G when Shaikh Moaded Bin Omairah founded Bin Omairah as a sole proprietor establishment to provide power supply to the customers of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) [formerly Saudi Consolidated Electric Company (SCECO)] in the central region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he witnessed first-hand the transition of small city Riyadh to one of the world’s premier urban.
